Simple zone district confirmation and rebuild information on any property located within the City and County of Denver is available by request. There is no fee for this service.
Zoning Compliance Letter
Zoning staff will respond to written requests for zoning compliance information on specific properties within the City and County of Denver. There is a $50.00 fee, per parcel address, for this service due to the time needed to research and/or perform inspections.
