Betty Martinez, 311 Customer Service Lead

I started working for the City and County of Denver in 1992 at Denver Public Health. I provided customer service to various clinics: STD clinic, Immunization clinic, Clinical Social Work, Infectious Disease clinic/Psychiatric Unit, and HIV /AIDS Surveillance. I have enjoyed and consider myself to be blessed to work with diverse communities.  I was promoted in 2006 to 311 as a Customer Service Agent and in 2007 to 311 Customer Service Lead. I have 19 years of customer service experience, and I am a professional in the customer service field. 

I enjoy learning, teaching and being a positive source of reference for the citizens of Denver!
