Crystal Reyes, 311 Customer Service Lead

In 2007, I began my career with the City and County of Denver as a 311 Customer Service Agent and was promoted to Customer Service Lead later that year. I want to continue growing in our leadership team and hope to become a 311 Operations Manager!  

I have 18 years of customer service experience, most of which was in Fortune 500 companies such as MoneyGram, T-Mobile and US West . I LOVE that we are able to communicate openly and freely with our leadership team here at 311!
