Kara Hartley, 311 Analyst / Trainer

My career with Denver 311 began in 2009 as Customer Service Agent and continues to be a wonderful journey. I have a passion for helping others and have managed both brick/mortar as well as virtual call centers for the past 13 years.  Providing exceptional customer service has been an important element in my career choices for the past 23 years. 

Although I was born and raised in upstate New York, Colorado stole my heart with its breathtaking mountains, major sports teams, and exciting city life. 

Denver 311 provides me the opportunity to assist the citizens, business owners, and visitors of Denver to create a city that is positive, enjoyable, and one we can all be proud of.
