Mario Gonzales, 311 Customer Service Specialist

I began my career with the City and County of Denver at Animal Control in 2005 and began working for 311 in 2006 as a 311 Customer Service Agent.  I became a Lead in 2007 and a Specialist in 2010.

Working for 311 has been an extremely beneficial experience and has made me realize the importance of teamwork, accountability and focus. The knowledge I’ve gained from working and interacting with different City agencies on a daily basis has been invaluable. Overall, being part of 311 has been a great privilege, and I am very proud to be a member of this team.
