Nick Scheidegger, 311 Operations Manager

In 2006, I began my career with the City as a 311 Customer Service Agent.  Since that time, I have promoted to Customer Service Lead and again to 311 Operations Manager.  Having worked in these various positions has given me a well-rounded approach to our daily operations.  I came to 311 with 8 years of management experience in retail sales for such companies as Wild Oats and The Nature Company.   I also have many years of call center experience as a travel consultant specializing in business and independent itinerary planning.

I was born in Denver and have called the Mile High City home for most of my life, and it seems unbelievable I would find myself working for the City! Understanding citizen needs, helping them conduct business with the City, and improving the experience our citizens have are the most rewarding parts of my job. What a great City to live in, work for and be proud of!
