Education and Outreach

Education is a key component to helping us reach our goal of making Denver the most pet friendly city in the United States. Our commitment to education includes providing presentations on a range of topics to a variety of groups including schools, businesses, community groups, and youth groups.

Popular presentation topics include:

  • Responsible Pet Ownership - What it takes to keep your pet Happy, Safe, Comfortable, and Healthy.
  • Safety with Animals - How to avoid dangerous situations, prevent bites, and what to do in the event of an attack.
  • Animal Care and Control - Understanding the role of Animal Control Officers and the importance of Denver's animal laws.
