Fees are assigned to a project throughout the process by different departments or agencies. To estimate fees for your project, see the fee schedules below.

Same Day Plan Review Fees

Plan review of Commercial and Residential Same-Day permits shall be charged at a rate of 20% of the Permit Fee, with a minimum charge of $100.

 
Inspection Fees

Permit fees provide for the customary inspections only.  Reinspection, inspections conducted outside of normal business hours, and miscellaneous, non-customary inspections required by the Agency shall be charged at the rate of $100.00 per hour of inspection.  Inspections conducted outside of normal business hours shall be pre-paid and incur a two hour minimum charge.
