Join Lighthouse Writers Workshop faculty William Haywood Henderson, whose own novels, Native The Rest of the Earth and Augusta Locke, have established him as one of the West's great literary voices, in this interactive, writing‐intensive workshop.

Virginia Wolfe wrote that the experience of the mass is behind the single voice.  In this free writing workshop for young writers ages 12 to 18, we’ll try on different voices to tell universal truths.  Whether you’re a fiction writer or poet, an essayist or something in-between, you’ll learn how to experiment with perspectives in your writing to reveal secrets and deliver the words the world hasn’t yet heard.  Young writers in this workshop will be crafting pieces they can submit to the One Book, One Denver Young Writer’s Contest.
