Denver’s Public Art Program allocates money from any capital improvement project undertaken by the City (1% of any project over $1 million) for the inclusion of art in the design and construction of these projects. Over the past 20 years, the City has installed over 150 works of art under this program, in downtown Denver, and the greater Denver area. There are plenty of ways to check it out, from guided tours to PhoneCasts on your mobile phone and augmented reality tours on your smart phone.
