Athletic Field/Tennis Court Reservations are now being accepted on a first come, first serve basis for the 2015 Spring/Summer season ONLY.
The dates currently available are:
March 14 (baseball/softball fields) / March 21 (grass fields) – August 12, 2015.
Permits will only be booked in one (1) hour increments, not on the half-hour, and must be done on the top of the hour, not the half-hour. If we receive a reservation request for a field on the half-hour, it will be adjusted by staff to the prior top of the hour. For example, a 5:30-6:30pm request will be adjusted to 5-6pm. Please ensure you are careful when submitting your request to avoid delays in modifying and re-processing your request.
Please note that only youth athletic groups may permit Central Park Stapleton athletic fields on Saturdays.
Reservations can only be made IN PERSON or ONLINE.
In person reservations will be taken beginning Tuesday, January 27, at 8am.
Online reservations will be taken beginning Tuesday, January 27, at 6am.
Reservations may be made in person at the Parks Permit Office, 201 West Colfax Avenue, Room 1.G.1, Denver, Colorado, 80202. The office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, and is closed on major holidays.
Same day reservation requests can only be made in person and payment must be made at the time of the request.
Reservations may also be made online and are encouraged. Same day reservation requests CANNOT be made – your online request must be made a minimum of 72 BUSINESS HOURS (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm) prior to your first requested permit date/time.
Please follow the instructions below to make your reservation online:

-Once you have made your reservation request, staff will begin processing your request within 24 business hours
-You will receive an email notification indicating your request is either:
“On Hold” = you must pay for your reservation within 24 hours of this notification and provide a certificate of insurance if requesting 3 or more dates. Please present the insurance certificate in person or email to firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your permit # in the email. If you do not pay by deadline, your reservation will be cancelled. If this occurs, you may re-apply.
“Denied/Cancelled” = you have most likely asked for a date outside of the current season, asked for a date under the 72 business hour minimum requirement, you have indicated you wish to use the field/court for a sport/purpose which is not allowed on the field/court you have requested, or you did not pay by the deadline
-You will receive an email notification from ActiveNet within 24 business hours after you pay (and provide insurance if required), indicating that your permit has been approved and is ready for printing
Lights will automatically be added to your charges (for lighted fields – which are indicated by an “L” in ActiveNet) and are required from sunset until the end of your permitted time. You will receive a separate electronic confirmation from staff for your light reservation.
Please keep your permit on your person at all times.
