Proposed Rules and Regulations with Public Hearings


NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE-MAKING
PERTAINING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF A BICYCLE PARKING PROGRAM BY THE CITY TRAFFIC ENGINEER
Departments of Public Works
City and County of Denver

The Manager of Public Works, City and County of Denver, propose to adopt revised General Contract Conditions.  The proposed rules are adopted under parts 3 and 11 of article II of the Charter of the City and County of Denver, and sections 54-43(b)(6) and (8) of the Denver Revised Municipal Code.

A public hearing will be held on Friday, June 12th, at 11:30 A.M. in Room 1.B.6 (Clerk & Recorder’s Office) of the Webb Building, 201 W. Colfax Avenue, Denver, Colorado, for the purpose of receiving comments on the proposed rules. The full text of the proposed General Contract Conditions is on file for public inspection in the City Clerk’s Office, Dept. 101, Webb Building, 201 West Colfax Avenue. The full text of the proposed rules will also be available online at www.denvergov.org/dpw.

Written comments on the proposed rules may be submitted to the Managers of Public Works, in care of Robert Ferrin, Parking Operations, Department of Public Works, 201 W. Colfax Avenue, Dept. 508, Denver, Colorado 80202, or by email to bikeparking@denvergov.org.  Written comments must be received no later than 4:00 P.M, June 11th, 2015.

Anyone who wishes to present oral or written comments at the public rule-making hearing must give notice in writing addressed to Robert Ferrin, Parking Operations, Department of Public Works, 201 W. Colfax Avenue, Dept. 508, Denver, Colorado 80202. Notices must be received no later than 4:00 P.M, June 11th, 2015.
