South Lincoln Redevelopment
South Lincoln Redevelopment: This is a partnership with Denver Housing Authority to assess the 15.1 acre South Lincoln Park Homes property prior to redevelopment into market rate and subsidized residential development with mixed-use retail component. The site is adjacent to the 10th and Osage light rail station and within walking distance to downtown Denver and the Auraria Campus. The specific scope of work will assess the existing buildings for asbestos-containing building materials and to investigate the subsurface soil and groundwater as the site will be extensively regraded and excavated for utility installation, below grade parking, and building basements.
