2010 Create Denver Week, April 10 - 17

Create Denver Week, April 10 - 17, 2010, was developed as part of the Create Denver initiative of the Denver Office of Cultural Affairs (DOCA) to:

Showcase Denver’s talented and dynamic creative community including individuals, associations, organizations and businesses that comprise the creative sector
Recognize the contribution that the creative sector makes to Denver’s vibrancy and economic vitality
Catalyze the community to consider itself a cohesive collective and economic sector
Grow the creative sector through educational programming, inspirational dialogue and ideation

POST-EVENT REPORT
The inaugural Create Denver Week was a success, with individuals and creative businesses coming together to celebrate their stake in Denver's creative vitality and dialogue about new opportunities to continue to grow this important sector.
