On January 24, 2006 over 300 members of Denver’s creative community participated in the Creative Spaces Community Meeting which was the kick-off to the Mayor’s Task Force on Creative Spaces. The purpose for the meeting was to gather the interest, concerns, perspectives and values of the creative community to inform the Task Force as it begins the process of examining and exploring the issues surrounding creative spaces in Denver.
The Summary Report of the Creative Spaces Community Meeting was provided to the Task Force prior its February 28 meeting and is the springboard for the creative spaces conversation.
