 Employee Parking Minimize
A limited number of employee parking spaces are available in the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building, but there is currently a waiting list for available spaces.

There is also available parking in the Minoru Yasui, Cultural Center and Denver Performing Arts Complex (DPAC) garages and the wait lists for those garages at this time are very minimal or none at all.

You can add your name to the list by submitting this contract to the Right of Way Enforcement division.

Parking Costs and Payment Options Minimize
Monthly Parking Costs
The cost for employee parking is $125.00 for parking at the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building (WWMOB) and the Minoru Yasui (M.Y.) building.  The cost for Cultural Center parking is $100.00 and the cost for the DPAC garage is $110.00 (if you wish to have a reserved space in the DPAC garage, there will be an additional $40.00 charge).

There is also “night shift” parking available at the WWMOB, at a cost of  $65.00.  “Night shift” parking is for those employees that work between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. only

Payment Options
Parking payments will come out of your paycheck through a pretax payroll deduction. Payroll deductions occur on the second check of every month for the upcoming month.  The initial payment must be made by cash or check to allow time for your payroll deductions to get set up through payroll. When your parking is set up through payroll deduction, the deduction comes out “pre-tax” (contact your payroll representative for more details).

Those parkers that are not actual “City” employees, but work in the building and are eligible for parking, are only able to pay by cash or check to the cashier in the Atrium of the Webb building or mail in the payment.

 Cancellation of Parking Minimize
Cancellation of Parking
You must first complete the Parking Cancellation Form and return it to Public Works, Right of Way Enforcement (ROWE). ROWE will then process and submit to your payroll representative to stop the payroll deductions.  If this does not happen prior to cutoff for the deduction to come out, you will be reimbursed to the end of the month that you have opted to cancel your payment.

NOTE:  There are no pro-rated payments, so if you cancel your parking anytime after the 1st of any month, you must pay for the whole month of parking.)
