The Fire Prevention and Investigation Division offers the public an opportunity to review records and files maintained by the Denver Fire Department. This service may be helpful if you need to obtain information on a property’s records, such as:
• code violations
• hazardous materials release history

; fax: 720-913-3596) or submit your request in writing to her attention at the Fire Prevention and Investigation Division. Once we receive payment, we will conduct the file search and contact you when it is completed.
The fee per address is $20.00 and $1.00 per photocopy. The file search and photocopy fees may be paid by cash or check.
