Due to the importance of utilizing alternative transportation, the City participates in and subsidizes the costs of the Eco Pass and ValuPass programs with the Regional Transportation District (RTD).
Both programs allow employees to use RTD's bus and light rail services as alternate transportation to and from work.

Eco Pass
Eco Pass is a decal adhered to a City-issued ID badge.
The monthly cost $39; amount is deducted from the 2nd paycheck of each month pretax.
Enrollment Provision
Eligible employees may enroll at anytime:
To enroll, employees must bring their City-issued ID badge to the CSA Benefits office, located in the Webb Municipal Building, 6th Floor. Note: Employees located at Denver Human Services and Denver Public Library may obtain Eco Pass decal from the Human Resources office on-site.
You may cancel your participation at any time; the decal must be returned to Benefits.
The decal must be returned to Benefits if your emplpoyment with the City ends.
