How to File a Grievance
If you have a work-related issue which was not taken to or resolved through the open door policy or mediation, and you are a Career Service employee with a grievance as defined in Dispute Resolution Rule 18, Section 18-10C, you may prepare and complete all sections of the official CSA grievance form and file it with your Agency designee.
Complaints of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation may not be grieved using the process above because there is a separate process for these complaints. For more information, see Rule 15
