The City and County of Denver is implementing a new Employee Notification System (ENS) that will allow city officials to contact employees in the event of an emergency situation that could impact city staff and facilities. Examples of when the city may use the ENS to notify employees include severe weather closures, building evacuations, or other urgent or emergency situations. The ENS will not be used for routine city business or non-emergency information dissemination.
The ENS will allow you to choose how you want to be notified and on which devices, either city-owned or personal. Notification options include automated voice calls, text messages, and emails. To select the devices and points of contact you wish to receive notifications on, please follow the instructions in the guide below. You may also fill out a registration form below if you do not have access to a city computer.
