Welcome to Human Rights and Community Partnerships

The Agency for Human Rights and Community Partnerships (HRCP) was established by ordinance in 1947.  HRCP's mission is to proactively protect human rights, build capacities, and strengthen connections that result in stronger relationships in the community through collaboration, communication and advocacy.

HRCP addresses issues concerning:
  • Older Adults
  • Racial, ethnic and religious minorities
  • Women
  • People with Disabilities
  • Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgenderd individuals
  • Immigrants and Refugees
  • Neighborhood partnerships
  • Nonprofit partnerships
