Our Veteran Service Officer can assist Veterans and surviving dependents with their applications for federal VA benefits, including but not limited to:

  • VA Services
  • Compensation for Service-Connected Disabilities
  • Pension
  • Aid and Attendance
  • Dependent benefits
  • Survival benefits
  • Burial benefits


Our Community Resource Navigator provides a thorough assessment and direct referrals to partner agencies to meet a wide array of service needs, including but not limited to:

  • Shelter
  • Housing
  • Food Banks
  • Education and Training
  • Legal Services
  • Public Benefits
  • Rental/Deposit Assistance
  • Counseling/Mental Health Services


Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program

Preliminary Eligibility Criteria:

  • Veteran with one day of documented active duty service
  • Any discharge other than a Dishonorable Discharge
  • Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
  • Eligible for and committed to obtaining employment


Our Employment Case Manager  provides customized employment development services, including but not limited to:

  • Resume Development
  • Interviewing Strategies and Coaching
  • Direct Job Referrals
  • Transportation Assistance
  • Equipment/Tools Purchase
