Nearly fifty people joined an Advisory Committee (the Land Use and Transportation Advisory Committee "LUTAC") to participate in a two year long effort to prepare the Denver Land Use & Transportation Plan. This group was co-chaired by Willie Shepherd and Bruce Alexander. The Denver Community Planning and Development and the Public Works Transportation Planning office staffed the project.
