DemoDaze® Selects Denver for New Headquarters

Music Programming Provider Will Make Its Home in the Mile High City

DemoDaze and Mayor John Hickenlooper are thrilled to announce that DemoDaze, a popular new-generation music media company, has chosen Denver as the location for its new headquarters and studios. Launching in July 2004, DemoDaze will produce internet, television and radio music programming from its Downtown Denver location at 2134 Curtis Street, which will include corporate offices, a live studio and production facilities.

“When we began researching markets for our new facility, Denver presented itself as an exciting opportunity and environment for our company,” said DemoDaze Chief Executive Officer Josh Crick. ”After thoroughly researching the city, local leaders and their belief in the creative industries, it became apparent that Denver was to be our new home.”

DemoDaze is a rapidly growing media company that connects with their audience through, syndicated content at major brand websites and portals, on college campuses nationwide and soon through radio and television programming. In addition to providing music programming to their audience, DemoDaze works with numerous national advertising partners and clients offering direction in music marketing, music branding and the development of activities that effectively reach the youth, young adult and trendsetting audience. These partners include a confidential list of who’s-who in top fashion, automotive and beverage companies.

“There is a major evolution taking place in both the advertising and music industries,” Crick said. “We have positioned ourselves in a way that allows DemoDaze to offer high exposure opportunities to the major labels and unique branded entertainment activities for our advertising partners. The first program that will launch from the Denver facility in summer 2004 will be “DemoDaze Lounge Live,” a weekly program featuring intimate performances by the hottest buzz and platinum artists, a private “Green Room,” and elevated national brand sponsors. The program will take place in front of an intimate live audience and will be initially syndicated to millions through a leading online content provider with a phased rollout to radio and television.

“DemoDaze is just the type of creative company we are thrilled to attract,” said Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper, who spoke with DemoDaze while they were considering different cities for their new headquarters. “We look forward to DemoDaze becoming part of our community and to the national exposure their programs will bring to the Mile High City.”
