TRASH & RECYCLING COLLECTION
Trash and recycling will be collected Thursday, Nov. 11 and there will be no interruption in the regular trash and recycling collection schedule.
All Denver Workforce Centers will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11 for the holiday. The City’s online hiring system will be available at www.denvergov.org/jobs
3-1-1 INFORMATION LINE, DENVERGOV.ORG & DENVER 8 TV
3-1-1, the City’s information line for nonemergency services, will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11 Updates are available continuously on www.DenverGov.org

PARKING METERS, PARKING CASHIERS AND PARKING MAGISTRATE
Parking meters are free on Thursday, Nov. 11. However, drivers are reminded to observe the time restrictions posted. The Parking Cashier counter and the Parking Magistrate’s office in the Wellington E. Webb Building, 201 W. Colfax Ave., will be closed. Parking violations may be paid using the pay-by-phone system with your MASTERCARD or VISA. Dial 1-866-280-9988 and follow the recorded steps, or online at www.denverpvb.com
. Also, citation or boot fees may be paid at the kiosk located outside the Wellington E. Webb Building on Court Street. Please remember that you will need the citation number printed on the ticket when using the pay-by-phone system or making an online payment.
ANIMAL SHELTER & ANIMAL CONTROL
The Denver Animal Shelter will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11. Animal Control Officers will be available to respond to emergencies and enforce City regulations.
CITY-OWNED GOLF COURSES
Golf Courses will be open for regular business hours on Thursday, Nov. 11.

DENVER COUNTY MOTOR VEHICLE OFFICES
The five Denver County Motor Vehicle (vehicle registration) office locations will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11,
Denver Human Services will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11 but will staff its child protection emergency response team, and its child abuse and adult protection telephone hotlines.
The Marriage License counter will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11
EXCISE & LICENSES
Excise and Licenses’ customer service counters and offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11.
PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COUNTERS
Public Works’ permit counters and the Right Of Way Enforcement (ROWE) office are closed Thursday, Nov. 11.
BUILDING PERMITS, ZONING PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS
Building and Zoning permit counters will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11. No building/zoning/neighborhood inspections will be scheduled that day.
The Wastewater Management Building, 2000 W. Third Ave., will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11.
THEATRES & ARENAS VENUES
All venues managed by the Division of Theatres & Arenas – including the Denver Performing Arts Complex, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Colorado Convention Center, Crossroads Theater and the Denver Coliseum – will be operational Thursday, Nov. 11 to support events and performances scheduled on that date. The Denver County Court, as well as the state-operated Denver District Court, Juvenile Court and Probate Court located in the City and County Building, are closed Thursday, Nov. 11.
All Denver Public Library locations will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11. Many of the Library's resources remain available when the buildings are closed via www.denverlibrary.org
CLERK & RECORDER, AND MARRIAGE LICENSES
The Office of the Clerk and Recorder – including marriage licensing, the Public Trustee, Records and Recording – will be closed Friday, Sept. 3 and Monday, Sept. 6.
DENVER ELECTIONS DIVISION
The Denver Elections Division will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11.
