Mayor Hancock hosts Creative Arts Business Roundtable

Mayor Michael B. Hancock joined by First Lady Mary Louise Lee today hosted the fourth roundtable in this series. The meeting brought together creative arts business leaders and owners to discuss the opportunities and challenges facing the business community.

"My wife and I have a long history of supporting cultural arts and creative industries here in Denver," Mayor Hancock said. "This is a growing sector that is facing similar challenges as other businesses when it comes to growing and succeeding in our city."

The roundtables are a continuation of the first initiative from Mayor Hancock's First 100 Days Plan. Mayor Hancock and attendees discussed economic development, including how the Office of Economic Development can become more business friendly and assist the creative arts community.
