You are invited to a PUBLIC MEETING to discuss the City and County of Denver Office of Economic Development’s Draft 2014 Annual Action Plan.
Wellington Webb Building, Room 4.G.2
201 W. Colfax Ave.
The 2014 Action Plan is the second action plan of the City’s five-year Consolidated Plan (2013-2017). The plan is required by the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and covers the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Partnership (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) annual grant programs.
The Action Plan includes information about the overall goals and objectives for the coming year with a description of the available resources and proposed actions to address identified needs. Additionally, all the proposed activities and projects are intended to principally benefit citizens of Denver who have extremely low, low- and moderate-incomes, and populations that have special needs, such as elderly, disabled, homeless, and HIV/AIDS families and individuals.
A sign language interpreter or Spanish translation will be provided upon request for the meeting with five business days’ notice. Please contact Monique Johnson at 720-913-1549 for arrangements.
