How to Apply

Purchasers of Affordable units must meet certain income restrictions, which are based on the Denver Area Median Income published annually by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and are adjusted for household size. (Please see Area Median Income Limits).

To determine income eligibility, an Income Verification and Application Form and Verification of Employment form (completed by employer) must be completed.

Please note that HUD is expected to release its next guidelines on income limits in February 2015; until that time, the most recent 2014 limits are in effect.

Please Note: All members of the household must provide a Verification of Employment. They must also provide all accompanying documents requested in the Income Verification and Application form. OED will provide an income determination letter within ten business days upon receipt of the completed application and accompanying documents.
