The City and County of Denver’s Office of Economic Development, Department of Finance, and Department of Community Planning & Development in cooperation with the Denver Retail Strategy Advisory Council (DRSAC) are seeking proposals for the development of a citywide Retail Study and Analysis (Retail Study).
The Retail Study should provide the data, tools, and strategy recommendations that allow the City to thoughtfully address the changing nature of retail, improve the existing retail mix, attract new retailers to the City, and to leverage a broad range of recruitment tools. The Retail Study should recognize changes in the retail environment and consider Denver’s unique characteristics, opportunities, and the related benefits of retail, such as place making benefits.
