New Lending Administrator named for Denver Office of Economic Development

Lynn Archuleta has joined the Denver Office of Economic Development (OED) as its new business and community development lending administrator.

In her new role, Archuleta leads OED’s team that administers small business lending programs including the Neighborhood Business Revitalization program and the Revolving Loan Fund program. Both programs collectively provide approximately $5 million in lending capital annually, which leverages an additional $20 million in private equity. The programs provide gap financing, enhancing the ability of business owners to secure the necessary capital to finance start-up ventures and business expansion projects.

“Lynn brings a wealth of credit underwriting and portfolio management to our small business lending team,” said OED Executive Director LaCharles Keesee. “We’re delighted to have her on board, heading up our efforts of providing access to capital for Denver’s small business community.”

Archuleta has more than 16 years experience in banking and commercial lending. Most recently, she served as vice president of business banking/Community Reinvestment Act officer at Solera National Bank. Archuleta is active within the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Denver, the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and she has served on several local nonprofit boards and committees.
