Where do I send Tier II reports for Denver?
If a Tier II report is required, it must be submitted to three places: Denver LEPC, Denver Fire and the State of Colorado Emergency Planning Commission. Colorado recently passed legislation requiring the use of EPA’s Tier2Submit software for submittal. If your company would like training on how to use this software, email DenverLEPC@denvergov.org with your request. Download this software from the EPA.
1. Denver LEPC-send reports to DenverLEPC@denvergov.org . There is no need to send a hard copy. For 2010 reports, please send a .t2s file and a pdf file.
3. Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (or the Colorado Emergency Planning Commission): send reports to email@example.com. For specific information on how to send Tier2Submit softcopy files to the State, see http://www.cdphe.state.co.us/oeis/sara/tier2submit.html.
