What is a Power Read?  We're glad you asked.  Join fellow community members as we read aloud The Thin Man.  We will get through the entire book as anyone may take a turn to read as much or as little as you want.  All are encouraged to read, but that is strictly optional.  We welcome anyone to join in and listen - it's like a live book-on-tape... only better!

2008 marks the fifth year of One Book, One Denver, Mayor John Hickenlooper's citywide book club created to build community and encourage people to read.  Denver citizens, young and old, are invited to join others in the shared experience of reading the same book and participating in fun activities through October.
