Join professional baker and instructor Amy Hoyt for a demonstration and tasting of four baked goodies featured in To Kill a Mockingbird.
You’ll get to sample Biscuits with Honey Butter, Angel Food Cake, Lemon Pound Cake and of course, Miss Maudie Atkinson’s famous Lane Cake. You’ll leave the class with a full stomach, tips on high-altitude baking and a collection of recipes to try on your own!
