Compensatory time will be paid out based on your balance as of March 31, 2011

Following CSA Rule10-66 Compensatory Time:

“Compensatory time earned under the provisions of Rule 9 PAY ADMINISTRATION may be taken at any time mutually convenient to the employee and the appointing authority. However, all accrued compensatory time shall be used by March 31st of each calendar year or paid out in cash by the final pay period of April of that year.

Any Compensatory Time not used by March 31, 2011, will be paid out on the 4/29/2011 paycheck. You will see the pay code: Comp Time Paid Out followed by the amount posted on 4/10/2011.

"Making Work Pay" tax credit ended

Please be aware that in 2009 and 2010, most wage earners benefited from the changes made to the federal income tax withholding tables to implement the "Making Work Pay" tax credit. This credit ended in December of 2010 and therefore, has been updated in PeopleSoft. As of this pay period, you may see a difference in your taxes due to this update.
