Kronos Upgrade this September

The Controller’s Office, Payroll Division is partnering with Technology Services to implement a Kronos upgrade that will take place mid-September.

The new look will include:

  • Frequently used items that will be on the home screen and will open when you log on.
  • A new timecard for exempt employees. Though the look is a little different, how you track and approve your time will be the same.
  • An upgraded time off request process.
  • Alert icons for supervisors that will signal supervisors to any pending time off requests, and other pertinent action items. 

Next Steps and Training:

The Controller’s Office will continue to update you on the new look and features. Online tutorials will be accessible for training 24/7 on the Controller’s Office, Payroll Division’s new education website closer to go-live. 

Additionally, the team is reviewing and updating all current training material and updating the website. As we clean up items, you may notice some of your favorite bookmarks are broken.
