Denver Parks & Recreation has meeting space, gymnasiums and pools at most of its 29 recreation centers throughout the city. Ideal for small special events or meetings for 25 -100 people, the fees are very reasonable and are usually arranged directly with the recreation center manager.

- Persons desiring to reserve a facility should first contact the desired recreation center manager and then complete their application. The manager will advise the requestor whether the completed application will be submitted directly to the recreation center, or to the main Permit Office. The manager may also advise the requestor to coordinate with the Events Coordinator.
- Individual recreation centers may have rental or permit requirements unique to that facility.
- The completed application, payment of fees and presentation of proof of insurance (when required) must be submitted to the Permit Office at least two weeks prior to the requested reservation date.
- Gymnasium rentals require a two hour minimum.
