About High Point
High Point, in the Far Northeast part of Denver, adjacent to DIA, is owned by LNR CPI HIGH POINT, LLC, and is 369.86 acres that includes streets, open space, a regional trail, the West Fork of Second Creek and a neighborhood park.  The City will eventually own and maintain the park and major open space and regional trail areas.  Mostly commercial and headquarters development will be located at High Point as only a small portion of the entire site will allow residential development due to the proximity of DIA.  High Point is located north of 64th Avenue and east of Tower Road to the boundary of the Pena Corridor within the City and County of Denver.
