About Lowry Vista Lowry Vista is the brownfield redevelopment of a former Air Force landfill.  The project proposes a mix of uses focusing on retail, office and residential uses adjacent to the passive open space created by the adjoining regional watershed.   A Lowry Vista Community GDP meeting was held on Tuesday, November 25th, 2008, at Windsor Gardens Auditorium.  The Lowry Community Master Association also hosted a community meeting about the Lowry Vista GDP on November 12, 2008, at Eisenhower Chapel.
