About Lowry Vista
Lowry Vista is a brownfield redevelopment of a former Air Force landfill. The project proposes a mix of uses focusing on retail, office and residential uses adjacent to the passive open space created by the adjoining regional watershed.
Public Participation A Lowry Vista Community GDP meeting was held on Tuesday, November 25th, 2008, at Windsor Gardens Auditorium. The Lowry Community Master Association also hosted a community meeting about the Lowry Vista GDP on November 12, 2008, at Eisenhower Chapel. Several neighborhood meetings and discussions have been held by the applicant throughout the project, culminating in final presentation to the Denver Planning Board.

FINAL Approved Lowry Vista General Development Plan

The managers of Community Planning and Development, Parks and Recreation, and Public Works approved the GDP for Lowry Vista, with the final document recorded on January 13, 2010. Designated Development Review Committee (DRC) members from these departments reviewed the final documents prior to signature and provided approval on December 17, 2009.
