Denver Police Crime Alert four victims fondled at various locations

The described suspect has fondled four different victims over the past several weeks at various locations, including 4th and High Street, 5th and High Street, the opening of Newton/Osceola Street alley and now the area of Kentucky Ave between Gilpin St and Franklin St.

On August 21, 2012, at approximately 2:30 p.m, an adult female was fondled while walking in the area of 5th and High street. The suspect is described as a 20-30 year old Hispanic male wearing a baggy white T-shirt, long baggy shorts with a long belt. A few minutes later a second victim was walking in the area of 4th and High when the same described suspect grabbed her buttocks and then fled the scene in the same described vehicle. Both victims stated that the suspect had been parked in the alley as if he was waiting for them to pass.

On August 28, 2012, at approximately 7:00 p.m., an adult female was approached by the suspect at the opening of the Newton/Osceola St alley on W. 37th St. The suspect was described as late 20s to early 30s Hispanic male wearing a blue tank top and black pants. The suspect grabbed the victims

On September 4, 2012, at approximately 12:20 p.m., an adult female was walking west on Kentucky Ave between Gilpin St and Franklin St. The victim passed the male suspect who was standing at the mouth of the alley. As the victim passed, the suspect approached from behind and fondled the victim. The suspect was described as early to mid 30s wearing a white t-shirt. The suspect then fled in the below described vehicle.
