Denver Police Investigate Homicide

At approximately 6:05 p.m., members of the Denver Police Department were called to 4567 North Biscay Street on the report of a shooting.  When officers arrived on scene, they located a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.  The man was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

This incident is being investigated as a homicide. There is no suspect information available at this time.

Cause and manner of death and the identification of the victim will be released by the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner.
