Denver Recycles' mission is to provide residential recycling collection services to residents, reduce the volume and toxicity of solid waste disposed, and encourage environmentally responsible purchasing and disposal habits among Denver residents in their homes, at work, and at school.

The programs of Denver’s Solid Waste Management:

• Residential Trash Removal – Serving Denver residents living in single family homes and small residential complexes (7 residences or less)
• Large Item Pickup – For residents. Crews collect items such as furniture and mattresses on a five-week rotation schedule.
• Denver Partners Against Graffiti – Providing free graffiti abatement services to residents and businesses.
• Denver Recycles – Leading the way on recycling, urban composting and the safe disposal of household hazardous materials.
• Keep Denver Beautiful - Enhancing the visual appearance of Denver by addressing problems of graffiti and litter through volunteer projects and educational programs.
