Professional Victim Advocates with the Denver City Attorney’s Office can provide you support and guidance throughout the criminal justice process. This can include:
♦ Notification and information about the time, date, and location of arraignments, trials, sentencing, and reconsideration hearings;
♦ Guidance and assistance throughout the warrant and court process;
♦ Coordination of pre-trial meetings with the prosecuting attorney;
♦ Accompanying you during criminal trials and other criminal court appearances;
♦ Arranging a separate waiting area for you during the trial process, if requested;
