Since its inception in 2001, Denver Healthy People 2010 has involved community members and partnerships to assess the City's health and learn how to create a community that keeps people healthy. This collaborative effort has resulted in a number of informative reports, recommendations, and the creation and implementation of action plans to help make Denver a healthier community.
