The following merchandise has been in the custody of various City and County of Denver agencies and facilities and the General Services Department, Purchasing Division, for 30 days and will be disposed of and/or sold at auction at a future date: lost/abandoned miscellaneous personal property to include, but not limited to, luggage and its contents, clothing, electronics, jewelry, etc. All persons having claim of ownership to said property must file and establish claim through the City agency/facility where the item or items may have been lost (e.g., Denver International Airport, Theatres and Arenas, etc.) within 10 days of the posting of this notice. *NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC POSTED June 9, 2009.  The following described merchandise has been in police custody for over 30 days and will be disposed of by sale to the highest bidder at public auction by the Manager of General Services starting at 9:00 AM on July 1, 2009, at the General Services Surplus Warehouse, 671 S. Jason St., Denver, CO 80216: miscellaneous unclaimed/lost/abandoned/stolen property that was previously held by the Denver Police Department Property Bureau.  All persons having claim of ownership or title to said property must file and establish claim to the satisfaction of the Police Custodian of Property prior to June 30, 2009, at the Police Property Bureau, 1331 Cherokee St., Denver, Colorado.  Al LaCabe, Manager of Saferty, City and County of Denver, 1331 Cherokee St., Denver, CO 80204. 
 
*NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC POSTED June 22, 2009.  The following merchandise has been in police custody for over 30 days and will be sold at public auction by the Purchasing Division of the Department of General Services at 10:00 AM on July 11, 2009, at the Denver Police Bicycle Bureau, 1930 35th St., Denver, Colorado: approximately 150 bicycles of various types and makes; also frames and miscellaneous biking equipment and accessories.  All persons having claim of ownership or title to said property must first establish claim to the satisfaction of the Manager of Safety or his/her representative prior to July 10, 2009, at the Denver Police Bicycle Bureau as referenced above (303-295-4390).  James P.
