Youth prevention services are a key component to any successful public safety plan that focuses on reducing crime rates and creating a safe environment for all residents. Prevention services are geared towards all youth (primary) as well as youth at-risk (secondary) in an effort to provide a continuum of supportive services that encourages positive youth development.
