Start is on E. 23rd Ave. north of the Denver Zoo. Runners proceed west on streets, return east and enter City Park, runners course through the park and exit south onto Esplanade. Runners proceed south to Cheesman Park. Runners enter and course through the park and exit to the south. Runners continue south on streets to Washington Park, where the race enters the park for the finish. |

2009 Tour de Fat Bike Ride |
Leaves City Park going south on Esplanade to E. 12th Ave. West on E. 12th Ave to Cheesman Park, Bike riders enter Cheesman Park & proceed counter-clockwise to E. 12th Ave. Riders exit Cheesman Park and proceed west to Lincoln St. North on Lincoln St. to E. 19th Ave., east to Grant St, north (counter-flow) on Grant St. to E. 20th Ave. Bike riders are staged together in the 1900 block of Grant St. for mass crossing of E. 20th Ave. Bike riders northeast on Tremont Pl. to 24th St., 24th St. to Court Pl., northeast on Court Pl. to E. 23rd Ave Bike riders then proceed east on E. 23rd Ave. and to York St. Bike riders cross York St. and enter City Park via the NW entrance.. |

Both runs start and finish at Invesco Field at Mile High. The 5K run will use the Cherry Creek Bike path, while the 10K run will use the both Cherry Creek Bike path and the Platte River Trail to access and leave the LoDo area. Coors Field and the Pepsi Center are venues for the races, too. |

Walk to Cure Diabetes |
Walkers exit Elitch’s parking lot across from Centennial Gardens park and enter onto NB Little Raven St., North to 15th St., Turn right onto 15th St. to Wynkoop St., Turn right onto Wynkoop St., crossing the pedestrian bridge to access the Cherry Creek Trail. Walkers take the Cherry Creek Trail to the Platte River Trail North to Confluence Park, where the walkers exit onto 15th St. Inbound 15th St. for the return to Little Raven St., Turn right and for the return to Elitch’s parking lot where the walk finishes. |

The run will leave Regis University and go west on 51st Ave. to Stuart St. South on Stuart St. to 48th Ave. West on 48th Ave. to Tennyson St. South on Tennyson St. and into Berkeley Park. Around Berkeley park and back out on Tennyson St. whereupon it goes back to Regis on the reverse of the inbound route. |

Parade staging area encompasses the 600-770 block of Santa Fe Dr. With over flow on 7th Ave between Kalamath St. and Inca St.
Parade starts at W. 8th and Santa Fe Dr., north on Santa Fe. Dr. to Colfax Ave. and onto the Auraria Campus.
