DENVER EVENT REQUEST FORM 

for existing, modified or new events

 

All existing, modified or new events must complete the on-line form as indicated by using the form button links on right of page.  

The application process will commence once request form has been submitted.

  • Existing events must submit the request form no less than 90 days prior to the event.   Completion and submission of the form for existing events will initiate an internal review process during which City agencies will coordinate permits and proceed with their individual application process
  • Modified or new event requests must submit their information no less than 90 days to allow for review and coordination of requested dates and locations.  Denver's event team will have the option of suggesting alternative dates and locations if needed.   Once the new or modified event details have been determined and given approval to proceed by the Denver Event team, applications and information will proceed through the city's internal review process.
