Insurance Requirements


T
he City and County of Denver requires the following information on your Proof of Insurance:

  1. Insurance amount required: $1,000,000 (one million dollars)

  2. Under Description of Operations the following language must be included:

    "The City and County of Denver, its Officers, Officials and Employees are included as Additional Insureds under the General Liability as respects to liability arising out of the filming activities of the Named Insured."

  3. Under Certificate Holder the following language must be included:

    The City/County of Denver; Parks and Recreation; Right Of Way.
  • The Insurance Certificate should be faxed to 720.865.4315, or emailed to kevin.scott@denvergov.org
  • Cancellation: The city requires 30 days written notice of cancellation.
