STAR(S) Performance Evaluation Project
 Career Service Authority is partnering with Denver International Airport (DIA), Denver Office of Accountability and Reform (DOAR), Human Services, Parks and Recreation and Public Works to pilot the STARS project to revise the Performance Evaluation Plan (PEP) process. STAR(S) was created as a direct result of employee feedback and suggestions that a more effective evaluation process is needed. The STAR(S) project intends to address the problems of inconsistency, unfairness and unclear link between individual performance, the agency’s goals and the City’s goals.
