Report and Findings

In 2012, DOSP engaged in an exploratory study to better understand the current status of Denver’s procurement processes in collaboration with partners Tim Glynn Burke and Gigi Georges at the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation

In exploring, the complexities of the City’s procurement processes, DOSP relied on a number of data and information collection approaches. These included an online survey tool, analysis of contract information, small group interviews with City agencies, and analysis of forms used within agencies across all steps in their procurement processes.  Click on the links to review the final report of the findings.
